Priority to Improve the Business Climate

Challenges

Challenges to this priority include a lack of coordination across orders of government, private and volunteer sectors and institutions and a lack of support and funding from the Federal and provincial governments to support the City’s efforts to improve the business climate. There is also a need for a better understanding of the business sector and its requirements for success.
