Access Toronto
The City’s website www.toronto.ca is a wealth of information. Services, directories and program information as well as the City Council Priorities highlighted in this report, is readily accessible through the site. In addition Access Toronto is the public information general inquiry service for the City of Toronto providing information about Toronto's municipal government. You can download a copy of their brochures, available in many languages, which explain how the City works, what we do, and how you can get involved with your local government.

An easy-to-remember number to reach the City of Toronto. Staff at the Access Toronto Call Centre will do their best to make sure you get the information you need. The Call Centre is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for major holidays. Service is available in person at City Hall and civic centres from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
